The SPW900 is a high-performance specialized pulp destruction device for classified paper carriers, deeply adapted to high-classification application scenarios such as government agencies, military industrial units, and archive management institutions, and can achieve irreversible and thorough destruction of classified documents. The equipment adheres to the German precision manufacturing standards, equipped with high-strength alloy crushing impellers and closed-loop hydraulic pulping core technology. It can quickly and completely turn confidential documents, engineering drawings, and archived materials into pulp, eliminating the risk of data restoration from the source and strictly conforming to the DIN 66399 P7 high-level confidential destruction standard.
The entire machine is equipped with an intelligent PLC integrated control system, featuring fully automatic and sealed operation throughout the process. There is zero exposure and no leakage of materials, effectively avoiding the safety risks brought about by the transportation of classified materials. The equipment has a strong processing efficiency, with a processing capacity of over 200kg per hour. It can accommodate 1000 to 2000 sheets of A4 paper at a time, and the feeding width is 330mm. It adopts a two-stage crushing structure. First, it undergoes a double-axis powerful crushing pretreatment, and then is deeply decomposed through a water slurry system, achieving a more thorough destruction effect.
