The PDS600 industrial shredder is a highly efficient and secure professional document destruction device, specially designed for the destruction of large waste paper, confidential documents, books, banknotes and CDS. It can perfectly meet the core data security needs of all kinds of enterprises and institutions. The equipment adheres to the German design concept and manufacturing standards, strictly complies with the international DIN 66399 data destruction standard P1/P2/P3 levels, and can ensure that the crushed materials are completely unrecoverable, building a solid information security defense line from the source.
The equipment adopts a double-shaft cross-cutting structure combined with a high-speed shredding system. The feeding width can reach 600mm, and it can process 300-500 sheets of A4/A3 paper at a time. The processing capacity is stable at 1.5-3 tons per hour. The final particle size after shredding can reach 9mm*30mm, and the destruction effect is uniform and controllable. The power system is equipped with an 18.5kw high-efficiency motor and a planetary gearbox, providing strong power output and smooth operation, and is not afraid of long-term high-load operation. The intelligent PLC control system supports automatic forward and reverse operation. When the material is in excess, it can automatically trigger overload protection, effectively avoiding equipment failures and significantly extending the service life of the entire machine.
