          The SPW950 pulping machine is a professional high-confidentiality paper medium destruction equipment, mainly used for the harmless and thorough destruction of classified documents, archival materials and various paper carriers. It is widely applicable to government and enterprise confidentiality departments, archives rooms and various large enterprises and institutions. The equipment adopts the patented hydraulic pulp crushing technology and is equipped with a two-stage crushing process. Firstly, it undergoes mechanical crushing through a double-shaft crusher, and then is deeply refined by the water pulp crushing system. Combined with a high-speed stirring crushing structure, it can quickly process paper materials into irrecoverable pulp, completely eliminating the risk of document spliced and restored, and strictly meeting the DIN66399 high-end confidential P7 destruction standard. The equipment has powerful performance, with a shredding width of up to 450mm. It can handle over 2,000 sheets of A4 paper at a time and has an hourly processing capacity of 500 to 700 kilograms. It has excellent batch destruction efficiency.

          The whole machine is equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, which is easy and convenient to operate, stable and low-noise in operation. It is also equipped with multiple safety protection devices, which can effectively avoid potential faults such as overload and leakage, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
