The SPW120 pulping machine is a highly efficient and safe small-scale paper pulping equipment, specially designed for high-security document destruction and small-scale pulping needs. Relying on patented core technology and precise manufacturing processes, it has become the preferred equipment for office Spaces, confidential units and small-scale processing scenarios. This equipment adopts a dual-axis crushing structure and a two-step pulping system, capable of directly processing various types of paper materials such as paper, books, magazines, and documents. It can handle 20 to 25 A4 papers at a time, with a processing capacity of up to 50kg per hour. The safety level of the pulp output far exceeds the P7 standard of DIN 66399, ensuring the complete destruction of classified documents without any risk of leakage.
The equipment is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, featuring 10 high-efficiency dewatering systems and a two-stage dewatering system. It adopts a two-step crushing process: the first step involves preliminary crushing through a double-shaft crusher, and the second step achieves deep slurry dissolution with the aid of a water slurry crushing system. The operation is convenient and the running is stable. It is also equipped with a dewatering system without wastewater discharge, taking into account both environmental protection and efficiency, and practicing the concept of green production. Its body size is compact (953×781.5×995mm), taking up little space, with noise controlled within 75-85dB, making it suitable for various indoor scenarios. The whole machine is made of high-quality materials, with a sturdy and durable structure.
