Integrated WEEE Toner Recycling Line

SPTC500S is a professional waste toner cartridge recycling and disposal production line launched by Zhejiang Supu Technology. It is equipped with anti-explosion safety technology and is specially designed for the resource recycling of laser toner cartridge destruction.

The toner inside the toner cartridge is highly prone to explosion and combustion risks during processing. This production line is designed with explosion-proof technology to safely and efficiently complete the crushing and sorting of used toner cartridges. It can separate the raw materials into four types: toner, aluminum, iron, and plastic. The toner recovery rate can reach over 99%, achieving harmless destruction of waste and resource recycling.

The equipment has a processing capacity of up to 500KG per hour, a feeding width of 600mm, an inner width of the conveyor belt of 500mm, a total installed power of 95KW, and supports multiple voltages ranging from 380 to 480V. The overall dimensions of the production line are 17m in length, 14m in width, and 5.3m in height. The particle size of the finished material after crushing and sorting is ≤30-50mm. The entire automated assembly line is stable and reliable, suitable for scenarios such as hazardous waste treatment, electronic consumables recycling, and the destruction of classified toner cartridges. It can complete the environmentally friendly destruction and resource sorting of used toner cartridges in one stop.
