The SPB100T high-efficiency metal waste hydraulic briquetting press is engineered for compressing ferrous and non-ferrous metal scraps including iron, steel, copper and aluminum chips. Powered by 100-ton hydraulic pressure, it adopts a 7.5 kW /380V main motor, with a briquetting cycle of 25–30 seconds. The finished briquette dimension is D75 × H50-70 mm. Each briquette weighs 1.27kg for iron/steel, 1.53kg for copper and 0.5kg for aluminum.
It delivers stable hourly throughput: 120kg/h for iron & steel, 150kg/h for copper and 90kg/h for aluminum. Equipped with a 220L discharge bin and a 360L hydraulic oil tank, the machine has overall dimensions of L2155 × W1410 × H1950 mm and a total weight of 3000kg.
This press converts loose metal shavings into dense, solid briquettes, greatly reducing volume to cut storage and logistics cost. The compacted briquettes can be directly fed into melting furnaces, lowering metal loss during smelting. It supports PLC touch-screen operation for easy control and safe continuous running.
