Working principle:
The material feed into the shredding box by feeding system,there is shredding blade in the box,and the push box push the material to the blade,the material will be shredding,extruding,cutting and other cobined action,shredding to small piece,then discharge out by the screen hole.

1.What is single shaft shredder?
Single shaft shredders consist of a rotor with a hydraulic ram used for pushing the waste and scrap material against the rotor enabling the cutting process. The ram has pressure sensors to move backwards and forwards preventing the material jamming and overheating.
2.What is the difference between a grinder and a shredder?
Typically, shredders are incapable of producing high quality end materials and are used mainly to pre-process raw contaminated wastes. Often when a slow-speed shredder is used for primary processing of contaminated waste, a horizontal grinder is used to process the pre-shredded material into a quality end product.
